Terms of Service
The Service
ReyAI provides AI-generated marketing content for Indian real estate. This includes cinematic video reels, multi-page PDF brochures, social media kits, and voiceovers in multiple languages, created from the photos and details you provide.
Your Account
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Your Content & License
You keep ownership. You retain ownership of any photos, listing details, and other content you upload to ReyAI.
Limited license to us. You grant ReyAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service — for example, to generate reels, brochures, and voiceovers.
You have the rights. You represent that you have the right to upload and share all photos and property images, and that they do not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ReyAI to upload or create unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or abusive content. You may not use the outputs to misrepresent properties or deceive buyers.
Compliance is your responsibility. RERA compliance and adherence to other Indian real estate advertising laws are your responsibility for each listing you publish. ReyAI does not verify RERA registration or property claims.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@reyai.in.
AI Output Disclaimer
All outputs from ReyAI are AI-generated. They are designed to help you market listings faster, but they are not legal advice or guaranteed marketing claims. You must review every output before publishing it. ReyAI is not liable for how outputs are used in advertisements, property transactions, or client communications.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReyAI and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to ReyAI in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
