Payment information. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your full card numbers or bank credentials; we only keep a record of the transaction, plan, and billing status.
Usage data. We collect information about which features you use, upload activity, and errors. This helps us run the platform and keep improving it.
How We Use It
To create your outputs. We process your photos and listing details to generate cinematic reels, luxury brochures, and voiceovers.
To operate your account. We use your email and phone number to manage login, billing, and customer support.
To improve the service. We look at usage and error trends to fix bugs, improve quality, and keep the platform reliable.
Your Content
Your photos and listing details remain yours. We process them only to produce your outputs, and we do not sell your content or use it to train third-party AI models. You can delete your content anytime from your dashboard. If you delete your account, we remove your data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Storage & Security
Your data is stored with Supabase, in the Asia-Pacific region. Data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Files are stored in secure cloud storage with strict access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we follow reasonable practices to protect your information.
Third-Party Processors
Razorpay processes payments on our behalf.
AI processing partners handle video generation, voice generation, and related AI processing.
We only share what is necessary to deliver the service, and we choose partners that take security and confidentiality seriously.
Cookies
We use cookies only for authentication and session management. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the service may not work without them.
